linux-image 2.6.25 and .../BAT1/info

Hello,
Why if I use kernel 2.6.22 the file /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/info exists
and when I use kernel 2.6.25 it doesn't exist ?

(btw acpitool doesn't work with the kerne 2.6.25:

  Battery status : <not available>
   AC adapter     : <not available>
   Thermal zone 1 : ok, 38 C )

well, that perhaps applies only if you're using a distro that's supposed to
suppoert 2.6.24+, otherwise you've to check for backports.

For the record, this has been fixed in acpi_0.09-6 (still in unstable)
The bug was http://bugs.debian.org/462305 .
