link to 'news file' with latest feature info dead

this link from the nice homepage:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/nice/Nice/NEWS?rev=HEAD

is dead.  given that it is supposed to be the one stop shop to see
what's been happening with nice lately, does anyone know why this is
down, and/or if it can be fixed?

Sourceforge recently changed its cvs setup, breaking the url's. The link
could be fixed.

Well, as a "developer", i have some access, but, though "index.html" is
group-writeable, "roadmap.html" is not.
