learning OSC protocol..

Im new in osc, and i can say im really confused....

I can't find anywhere a simple and clean step-by-step tutorial to implement osc...

Are there any?
I want to implement blender-maxmsp communication...I found some examples, but they don't have any help, so i cant understand how to work with...

please help people!!!!
