kopete and crypto plugin in KDE4

Hello,
I'm using a crypto plugin for gpg communication over kopete. This plugin comes
from extragear and I found on it's page, that it was released with KDE 4.0
(see http://extragear.kde.org/apps/kopete cryptography/). Why it's not
packaged in debian? It very annoying because kopete has a bug(?) that I don't
see any message which is gpg encoded (I cannot realize that someone sent me
something)
