kml or wms and a parcel filtered

Hi!

I'd like to know how can I pass throught the url a parcel filtered. For example

...mapagent.fcgi?OPERATION=GetMapKml&VERSION=1.0.0&MAPDEFINITION=Library://Map.MapDefinition&FORMAT=KML&LOCALE=en&PARCELID=28945

..so the result would be a .kml with only one parcel (PARCELID=28945)

Any idea? is it possible? and with WMS?..

I think this is not possible with the mapagent.fcgi.

I'm going to do a wrapper .php code to achieve it.
