iphone appDoes any one on this list have experience developing for the iphone?
If so can you either 1, become my mentor or 2, give me a price for development. The app involves video, too. You can contact me off list. Re: iphone appHi Deborah,
Please keep this discussion ON the list as long as you can. The potential for apps using Lasso is huge and you have beaten me to the punch in asking. I was going to start with doing a desktop widget. I have heard they were similar in nature for development - at least at the lightweight end. Anyone that has dabbled? Any developer who is familiar with XCode and the interface builder should have a good start working on an iPhone app. It's also possible to create iPhone specific Web sites which feel a lot like an application. You can visit these URLs in Safari (or an iPhone of course) to see how they look. ListSearch - http://www.listsearch.com/iphone.lasso#_home Lasso Reference - http://www.ireph.com/ The creation of these sites is detailed in a couple tips of the week. Re: iphone appOne other thing to consider. Many of the apps have a "web" component,
so the interface may be Xcode, but the data is sourced from calls to the internet (i.e. lasso code). A much better explanation of how to implement web services would be beneficial. Which reading web services is not hard thanks to Jason's tags, the creation of web services as described in the DOCUMENTATION seems confusing to me. Does anyone have any better examples/setup/description. Deco On Jul 24, 2008, at 9:31 AM, Fletcher Sandbeck wrote: > On 7/24/08 at 6:48 AM, neil@...
