install local doesn't work with spaces in path?

Hello,

Are there rules or constraints for using the Install Local button in the
Ruby Gems manager.

I was getting bad uri messages when I was trying to install a gem that
was in my a folder that has spaces in the path.

I moved the gem to a path without spaces and it worked.
