iPhone modemHello all,
is it possible to use the new iPhone 3G like normal modem (bluetooth or cable) to connect my notebook with internet. Thanks for any info. Torsten |

people can't either :( You also need to jail-break your iPhone before you can install installer.app so at the moment this isn't possible with 3G iPhones. Plus I'm not sure that users on legitimate phones will want to risk jail breaking them and risk invalidating their warranties. I'm sure at some point in time Apple or a 3rd party developer will release an app to make this easy. But from what I've heard it's the phone networks that don't want this functionality available on the iPhone which then forces business users to pay for much more expensive data plans similar to Vodafones 3g dongle.
