Hi

We have been using htdig for a cople of years to index around 8,000 doc
files.  Last week, the indexing started falling over with a segmentation
fault:

/usr/bin/rundig: line 102: 12511 Segmentation fault
/usr/bin/htfuzzy $opts $verbose soundex

I have done a verbose run, but I cannot see any obvious error messages.
Anyone any dea where i might look, or what the problem might be?

From the web site, it would appear that 3.2.0b6 is the latest, unless I
am looking in the wrong place.

It is runnign on an SMEServer, which is a centos 4.6 derivative.

I would start by commenting out the htfuzzy call in your rundig script,
and then try reindexing. If that succeeds, you will at least have an
updated database and a better idea about where the problem lies.

Unfortunately the 3.2.0b6 version is the most recent release available.
