how to upload the files by the multiple file upload plugin

but i have a question of the plugin, maybe it's not the question...

Does the plugin need the server program(such as asp,php) to uplaod the file? or it can upload the file via javascript?

if it need the server program to support it to upload the files, can you show me a simply examply?

Files cannot be uploaded via Javascript.
You will need some server-side code (PHP, ASP, etc) to upload you file.
