how to start weblogic 8.1 container server in development mode with cargo-maven2-plugin?

Hi,
I'm trying to use cargo-maven2-plugin to start weblogic 8.1 server in development mode.
The attached is my settings for cargo-maven2-plugin, and the output when do mvn install.
I don't know why I got the java.io.InvalidClassException. The weblogic 8.1 server is in development mode. I need help here. Thanks.
