Buyers should register for Buyer Cards before entering the Fair Complex. Buyer Card is valid admission to the Fair at both complexes. And it is available at Liuhua Complex and Pazhou Complex. However, there is 29 Overseas Buyers’ Registration Office at appointed hotels. Before you register a buyer card, please prepare the invitation letter in advance.
For the new buyers, they would only give you the buyer card, which is only valid for one session. In fact, they offer another type of PVC card, which would be valid forever. But they would only issue this in the later time of the fair, if you intend to come back next time, it is highly recommend to change to the PVC card. As a new buyer, you need to come with your own passport photos, though there are instant photo service on site, it would save your time and money,
