Hi,
Just download the "Quick Start" release and its related documentation
from the PEtALS web site.
You just have to follow the instructions.
But beware, PEtALS is not really a J2EE container. Neithertheless you
can build JBI component that provides GUIs (a roughly example is the
sample client).
