font size?

I've received a recent complaint from a user regarding the font size "very small" for
emails, but not for the inbox list which is in normal size. When he
changes to normal size under options - preferences - layout, it changes
for that session when he redisplays an email, but reverts next session. He
also notes that if he goes back to options - preferences - layout during the
same session, it has not remembered his setting - going back to "very small".

I am using OX5 SP4 on SLES9.

Any ideas? Is there anything I can tweak in the server settings?
