fixup ldap openssh patch configure logic

can you guys fixup the configure script to do:
-           AC_DEFINE(WITH_LDAP_PUBKEY)
+           AC_DEFINE([WITH_LDAP_PUBKEY], 1, [Enable ldap pubkey support])

newer autotools will abort if you use the old style AC_DEFINE syntax
