firefox3 beta3 and backendHeyla,
This morning I installed the latest Firefox3 Beta3 for Linux. In two cases where I viewed the backend my left tree with menu blocks totally disappeared leaving only the pagetree and the form area. Can someone confirm this behaviour? gRTz ben -- netcreators :: creation and innovation www.netcreators.com - www.TYPO3.nl Interesse in werken bij Netcreators? http://www.netcreators.com/bedrijf/vacatures/ _______________________________________________ TYPO3-dev mailing list TYPO3-dev@... http://lists.netfielders.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/typo3-dev |

Unfortunately it is no blocker for 4.2. It also happens with pre 4.2! It is a firefox bug. I am automatically redirected to: http://ben.vantende.net/typo3/alt_mod_frameset.php?fW=0&nav=/typo3/alt_db_navframe.php%3F&script=db_list.php&id= I have to check out where the bugtracker for Firefox3 is ;-) ...and yes fast it is and deals with resources fantastically. Can't wait for a final, although it seems to me there will be several RC's before that. gRTz ben -- netcreators :: creation and innovation www.netcreators.com - www.TYPO3.nl Interesse in werken bij Netcreators? http://www.netcreators.com/bedrijf/vacatures/ _______________________________________________ TYPO3-dev mailing list TYPO3-dev@... http://lists.netfielders.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/typo3-dev |

I think Netscape shared some code with them. Netscape 9 for Windows was based on FF but took two times less memory and was much faster.
