filling forms for copyright registration of stock photos

I'm currently filling forms to obtain copyright for my photos, but being not so well with paperwork and bureaucracy in general I need to ask you some questions about them. Thank you for reading.

First of all formvai.pdf and formgr_pph_con.pdf  are the forms I need to fill for series of stock photos, each application can be made for 750 photos maximum, and the registration would cost $45 (payed as a check put into the envelope), are these true?

As I will fill formgr_pph_con.pdf for 750 photos, I wonder what would be the "title of the work" at formvai.pdf, any general name?

Maybe a simple question but I'm writing my full name "Cumhur Kemal Eksen" both to these forms and to FW7 form. But my agencies listed me as "Kemal Eksen". Is that OK, if not which one do I have to change?

I'm leaving "2b- Name of author" blank as I'm the only owner of the photos, right? Because of the same reason I guess I don't need to fill in "form CON", do I?

My photos in question were created during last 3 years (but many of them were refined at Photoshop this year), what would be the "Year in Which Creation of This Work Was Completed" then, this year?

For photos accepted to online galleries of stock photo agencies but not licenced to anybody, do I need to fill "Date and Nation of First Publication of This Particular Work" ? If I do, what to write there at formvai.pdf for 750 photos created in 3 years?

At the continuation form formgr_pph_con.pdf is it OK to put numbers like 1, 2, 3 etc and for the "Title of Photograph"  the filenames themselves like P1023475.JPG, P1023479.JPG etc and leave "Date and Nation of First Publication" blank (even if already in the online galleries of stock agencies)?

Do the copyright office send the certificates to overseas countries? I don't see a box to fill in for the name of the country. Should I write an address in USA?

Is it OK to register my photos first and then make some colour correction and minor retouching in Photoshop?

Thank you for taking time to read my questions. I'm looking forward for your help.
