fail to get samba infoHi!
I have some serious problems getting my nslu2 to work again. First I attached an usb stick to a hub that was connected to disk 1 port and the slug became confused. After reboot I could no longer connect to it. As my aim was to move from hdd to the usb stick I thought of a good idea would be to reflash the slug and unslung to the stick. All worked fine except I got the message fail to get Samba info in the web interface. I flashed th latest unslug (6.10). I tired to reflash as posted in some forums but nothing worked. Latest I tried to replax the original firmware V23R63. But the message still occurs and it hinders me to setup the device correctly. Any hints ? |

Re: fail to get samba infoFlash the original Linksys firmware, and use the Linksys tools to reset
the device to factory defaults. The easiest is to use the Linksys Web GUI to reset to factory defaults. Re: fail to get samba infoHi,
I had the same problem. Please try to get a new power supply for testing. That was my solution. Carsten --- In nslu2-linux@..., Frank <fzoellne@...> wrote: > > Hi! > > Did not work.
