error in main table?

I used John Foster's StructurePulse to remove several tables and restructure
a database application running in 4D2004.7r3 on MacOS10.5.2.
When I open a dialog containing an Arealist Pro (7.9)  list of records, I
get the following Alert - "There is an error in the main table." The alert
contains a 4D icon (cube with gear). The alert occurs before immediately
before the  Dialog's on Form event runs and is not associated with any
method running. The list of records then appears with no apparent problem.

Before converting the structure, opening the dialog was uneventful - the
same list of records appeared with no Alert.

In 20 years of development with 4D, I have never seen this before. Any ideas
on how to proceed will be appreciated.
