download: command not found on XP

I am using mercurial 1.0 and python 2.5.1 on Windows XP but when I try
to do a clone of main I get repeated errors:

/bin/sh: download:: command not found

I encountered this before on the Mac but this was (I thought) because I
had an older version of python.  That doesn't appear to be the case here.

Any tips?
