creation of DB

Can you add the creation of the user that atalaya uses for connecting
to the DB to the test-data.sql file. This should simplify the
installation a bit.

e.g.

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON itsecdb.* TO 'atalaya'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY
'atalaya' WITH GRANT OPTION;

Roman is working on that, at the moment there's no need for
mysql anymore;)

Beside this, you can't create an user without having some credentials
already, so the problem would remain...
