crash while getting nsIAccessibilityService from arbitrary thread

Hi guys,

  We have the following problem concerning query of
nsIAccessibilityService. Firefox 3 crashes if we try to get this
service from some thread created by us in DllMain of the DLL injected
into FF process. The other case: if we make GetService from
WH_GETMESSAGE hook procedure, service seems to be correctly obtained
but FF crashes while broswing later.
  Whats's wrong? Are there any limitations on where and when this
service can be got? Getting other services works fine.
