I commited changes to atalaya-common

This only affects java files but I've cleaned up my script so that it handles jsp, html, xml & xsl.
One point is that the notice is in a form of comment such as:
/*
Copyright © 2007, 2008 Giacomo Collini
gcollini@... Copyright © 2007, 2008 Francesco Vivoli
fvivoli@...that is without leading *'s. I could put this in but I reckon that this would not be suitable for the other types of files. is that not right?
What do you think? how about I commit the changes for another directory that contains various file types.
