which is a good, flexible, and even "intuitive" controller for the
engine? I realize one can never achieve the control of the keyboard version, but how can I come close? Novation? Hi Ph,
i have a Behringer 2000 knobs, i like this one for the G2. You can make different knob settibg and even knob morphings with this one. See internet. Can you have an automatic "feedback" of the parameters so as the LEDs around the knobs reflect the actual value of the parameters within the engine? Is there a possibility that the engine send a "snapshot" at the selection of patch? Seems it's definitely the most encoders for the money.
However, once someone was showing me his and how great it was, and the next day it failed. regulary updates and fixes from Bheringer. I don't have any problems.
It's value for the money but the knobs feel a bit plastic(they are) not solid that's my only - point.
