broken of the support of Environment Variable PYTHONPATH?

drop a module source file on some directory on the  PYTHONPATH Environment Variable.

It works well on WingIDE 3.1.1-1, but on WingIDE 3.1.2-1

test script can't use code intelligence and go to defination of (clicked) function for this module.

WingIDE 3.1.2-1 Pro and MS Windows xp sp3 Pro
