braille (using the braille note) and debian lenny cd1 installation

Hi,

I'm wanting to use my braille note to install debian lenny to my
computer.
How can I:
- start braille with the following options in the installer?
port: serial
braille display: bn
braille code: us english or uk english.
Also how would I use a usb to serial adapter in the installer?

I have debian lenny cd1. I have this one... It is the one with the 600
mb iso, I got it from:

http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-builds/i386/iso-cd/
(I got the iso image for cd1)

So do I just need cd1 for an install?
How do I get to the boot prompt with this cd to type the command to
start brltty?
What command do I type for the info I listed above?
Also, am I using the right cd? Or is it better to install etch and then
apt-get dist-upgrade up to lenny?
(Is the installer safe to use?)

Thanks for any help,

Hello,

That's enough for most uses yes.

Just wait a bit then type tab

> What command do I type for the info I listed above?

brltty=bn,ttyS0,en_US

(it's documented in brltty)

Oh, thanks. So is there a timer? or can I wait 2 minutes so I'm sure I'm
there and hit tab?

Thanks for the reply!

There is no timer.

You can wait for the CD-ROM to spin down.
