Hello to all!

Yesterday i've noticed strange system behaviour.
I had to read very scratched VideoDVD disk using 'videodvd:' address schema in Koqueror. When a read error occured I've noticed messages
in the system log:
Jun 18 19:27:21 localhost kernel: hdc: DMA timeout retry
Jun 18 19:27:21 localhost kernel: hdc: timeout waiting for DMA
Jun 18 19:27:26 localhost kernel: hdc: irq timeout: status=0xd0 { Busy }
Jun 18 19:27:26 localhost kernel: ide: failed opcode was: unknown
Jun 18 19:27:26 localhost kernel: hdc: ATAPI reset complete

And after ATAPI reset drive went into PIO mode.
The same situation repeated when I just did 'eject -t /dev/hdc' with that bad disk placed in the tray.
Just to notice, I am using submount and k3b-1.0.5 both...

I suppose that the cause of the "DMA disabled" issue are just bad disks?
