a bunch of commits in svn

I have made a new bunch of commits in JUICE svn.
The changes are mainly speed optimizations(They speed-up xml-sec a 37%).
The problem is that I have introduced a memory retention problem in
RSA.java, nothing that can be fixed with a weakhashmap.

I have also commit a fake implementation of SHA1DSA, but it is fake at
the moment.

I hope I don't disturb anyone with these changes.

Regards,

Raul

+1...

Since most of the people right now involved with juice is working on
xml-sec, can we move the code to xml-security itself?

thanks,
dims
