XDM and attributes with namespaces

Hi,
 I have a question regarding attributes with namespaces creation using
XDM/WSDL Model ...

I need to create attribute 'wsam:Action' on port input field, like this:

 <wsdl:input message="tns:INewSTSWizard2Service_IssueToken_InputMessage"
Action="http://docs.oasis-open.org/ws-sx/ws-trust/200512/RST/Issue"/>

where wsam is a specific namespace defined in wsdl. How can I do it
(using WSDL Model and XDM)? If I do

portOperation.getInput().setAttribute("unknown",
AddressingAttribute.ACTION, TrustQName.getNamespaceUri(configVersion) +
"/RST/Issue");

I don't see a way to specify a namespace anywhere ...
