Unfortunately, it is not my yard any more, that was the place I sold when I moved to Georgia. It is in Steens, Ms. and the people I sold it to went through them with a grader and destroyed 900 hybrids, 29 climbers and trellises, and 40 rose trees, and tore down my greenhouse. I went by there a few months ago, and there is 10 acres of grass, and a couple of shrubs next to the porch. I hated what they did, but it belongs to them now. I have 1 rose and some giant azaleas in my back yard now, and soon anticipate the addition of hybrids in the front yard, and some climbers beside the carport for additional shade and fragrance. I don't plan to do it up so grand again. I am too old to care for that many now, and besides, my city lot is only 5/8 acre.
