Worst forum prediction of the tournament

There's been a few:

- Ill take it on the chin for my Bafetimbi Gomis 'wonderkid' shout. He ended up looking like the bastard offsrping of Kenny Miller and Ade Akinbiyi, combining the very worst traits of both. Obscurity beckons.

- Andreas' too numerous to mention "X will beat Y", and his Luca Toni shout.

BUT THE WINNER

- "Portugal to beat Italy 2,1 in the final with Deco and Ronaldo scoring and Pirlo pulling one back for Italy". Too precise too early Dave.

i got that prediction from the euro 2008 video game from xbox. apparently every year they let the computer try and work out who will win and score goals etc. they were a little off this year. however, in my defense, i think i had the best prediction of euro 2008 come true: greece will not get a point. it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside when i think of that.

I agree, Portugal flattered to deceive ... and I was quite fearful that my worst fears would come true and TPW would have lit up the tournament. I'm just glad that didn't come to pass.
