</div><br>I agree with the original poster, and the filer of bug #416. I have
<br>added comments to bug 416 and voted for it.
<br><br>I don't think the user interface would be any more difficult if
<br>enabling the postpone and skip buttons was on a per-button basis. It
<br>is just as difficult an interface to have a single choice for both
<br>buttons. The main problem is the user does not have enough
<br>information to know which choice to make. The main difficulty with
<br>this part of the user interface is the lack of help text explaining
<br>how the skip and postpone buttons work in practice.
<br><br>I also think the effectiveness of the postponement option would be
<br>greater if postponement got steadily more difficult each time it was
<br>used. Postponement should really only be for emergencies (e.g., your
<br>boss is on the telephone and needs something now), but right now it is
<br>too easy to slip into a routine of simply postponing a break.

<br>run “apt-get build-dep workrave” to try to ensure that all needed
<br>packages are installed. All packages listed in the “Build-Depends”
<br>line of debian/control in the latest Workrave Subversion files are
<br>installed. I've also installed libgdome2-dev and
<br>libgstreamer0.10-dev.
