Workrave applet for Windows

Hello,

Workrave for Windows works well here except for the "Applet" (called Desktop
Toolbar or Deskband with Windows, see
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa511448.aspx).

I suggest that the options dialog for Windows is changed to name the applet
in a standard way and tell the user to enable it in the taskbar. Most users
will not know the applet is a toolbar, switch it on, see nothing and think
it is broken.

When it is displayed on the right side it will be overwritten by new icons
and needs to be resized manually all of the time.

Also the applet will permanently display its name (Workrave, see screenshot)
which eats valuable space. With Linux this is not the case. I suggest that
the Windows applet is changed to not display the name too, just the coffee
icon should be sufficient.

Actually I would do this myself but I discovered that in order to build
Workrave for Windows you need to install the Microsoft compiler on a Linux
system and it will only work with an old compiler and some obsolete version
of the SDK that cannot be downloaded anymore and must be ordered from
Microsoft.
