Working Group overlap/interface

I have started a wiki page to collect places where the OMIS-WG may
overlap and/or interface to other WGs.  I've just put down the things
that immediately occurred to me.  Everyone should take a look (the
direct URL is <http://groups.geni.net/geni/wiki/OmisOverlap>) and
think about any other areas of overlap.  Feel free to add any you
think of to the page or bring them up on the mailing list.
