Hello all,
I have a workaround for those times when the starting balance of an investment returns the stock quantity instead of the amount.
What I do is check first if the quantity is over zero, and the price is 1, which might indicate there is an issue with the price.
In that case, I look for previous transactions.
I get the last transaction, and calculate the price of the starting balance based on the price for that transaction.
As I said, it is just a workaround until there is a permanent fix from the engine.
Do you think this might work well enough?
I tried it here, and it seems to spit out more sensible numbers.
