Wisp648 / Wisp628

I am switching from Wisp628 to Wisp648. Wisp648 is a new circuit, but it is 'upwards compatible' with the Wisp628 hardware. Also, the new Wisp648 firmware can be used on a Wisp628 (but only in a PIC16F648A chip, the new firmware does not fit in a 16F628(A)). With this new firmware (and appropriate PC software) more chips are supported, so this might be interesting for existing Wisp628 users. On the PC software side: XWisp is now available as all-in-1 installation package, no need for a separate python or win32ext install. But it is still a dos-box command line program.
