Hi,

I have a problem using Windows Vista as a Samba Client. Trying to write a file to my NAS it always claims that there is no space available anymore. Using other clients like WInXP it all Works fine. On the harddrive there are 10Gb free space and I tried to write a 5Mb file.

Does anyone have an idea?

Greetings

Johannes

Johannes,

If you fetch the properties of that Samba folder with your Vista client,
what do you obtain ? Do you obtain the correct figures ? If not, you may
have to have a look at the dfree command section in
http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/samba/chapter/book/appc_01.html

Kind regards,

PhB
