When I started building my IR Blaster, I decided to use my laptop and
WinLIRC since it was more portable. I finally got IR Blaster working and
found a remote that controls my cable box. So everything works flawless
under windows.
I found this blog posting

issue a irsend commands, I see the IR LED light up (via my night vision
camcorder) but it does not control my cable box. I'm using the exact same
remote file that I used in WinLIRC.
Any ideas?
