Wiki problems

Is the wiki supposed to be readonly for guests, or is it broken? If I
try to edit/create a page I get this error:

I'd guess that's due to another sourceforge.net change making most of
the regular web space readonly for the webserver. Might be nontrivial
(but possible, i know there's a documented way of doing it for the
MediaWiki) to fix...
