Wiki plugins template and versioning

Hi again!

As promised the topic on the wiki templates. :-D

Actually I see there are two types of templates
Template:<PLuginName>
Template:Plugin/<PluginName>
I guess the later is the right one, isn't it?

Actually i believe we should use: (but we may leave for other release)
Template:0.7/Plugin/<PluginName>

I find we should create a namespace "0.7/" on the wiki other articles on the
wiki so that documentation of different version may coexist. Actually this way
would be easier parsing for creating downloadable documentation.
What do you think?

Neither.  The documentation for plugin "Foo" should consist of a page
"Foo" that contains the following:

<plugin>{{PAGENAME}}</plugin>

With that in place, the auto-generated documentation will be displayed
at the top of the page, and anyone can add their own notes / annotations
below it.
