Why won't Syncarella play my video?

Syncarella is built from the Java Media Framework, which only has a limited number of codecs available to it.

There are many different ways for us to include more codecs and we're currently exploring them all.

We do however want to ensure that Syncarella is stable and quick to download, so we need to make a trade-off on what codecs we can support.  Please make suggestions to what codecs would be most useful for you.
