Which Protege Version

Hello all,

I'm new to Protege and am just starting to run some tests.

I've tried to find out the differences between versions 3.x and 4 of  
Protege, but haven't been able to (other than the obvous ones). Why  
keep two parallel versions of Protege? Which one should I choose?
