Where will Mister land?

We all know that Mister is too talented to not land on his feet and end up back in radio. Any guesses where he will end up? I could viably see him with a JACK fm with Randy Rose in the mornings, or on a station like that. I can't see him on another format. But, I could be wrong.

It's a good question.  I heard on the other board some mention that he got a job at the Deseret Morning News.  The trouble is where would he go?  Especially if he's looking for longevity in a gig - he ain't gonna find it at Clear Channel.  Plus they're in the business of firing (not hiring) as of late.  I could see him doing mornings at Jack FM - Simmons can be a pretty good employer as far as radio goes.  But will Simmons want to spend the money?  I don't know how well Jack is billing, but I'd imagine the rights to the name aren't cheap.

Very true. One possibility might be to put him on the mornings with Keith Stubbs on the Eagle. I don't know if the Eagle would be willing to switch up the morning show there, with them winning the #1 Ubee Radio Morning show award. But, awards say nothing, ratings are what speak. I've also heard that Stubbs and Peggy want out of their contract and that Peggy will be playing a much less significant role on the show, and that, like the "Chunga show," it may become the "Stubbs show." I see value in the duo, so does KOSY as they went after them a few months back.

I really don't see many other stations in which Mister would be a great fit. Maybe out of market? Possibly  B98? But they're pretty set. However, I know Todd and Erin have made their attempts at leaving as well. One rumor is that they begged Simmons to be on MOViN when that station first rolled out.

Why would Todd and Erin want to be on Movin?  It seems to me the Bee is a much better gig.

They wanted away from Citadel... Were asking for more money as well.
