What happened to the MySQL support in the trunk?

I'm very busy at JavaOne, and a P1 came in where MySQL support was
causing deadlocks starting up NB.

I am just unable to spend any real time looking at this right now, so
rather than have you all continue to suffer with NB locking up, I have
temporarily disabled MySQL support in the trunk build.

Thanks for your patience and understanding... :)  Now back to JavaOne,
with me looking at this issue whenever I can.
