Weird Text on Buttons

I have one user who has developed some weird words on the buttons in an
application that is used throughout the office.  Mine comes up fine but hers
has strange letters that don¹t spell anything.  It happens on any 4D
application I open (using 4D Client 2004.7).  I have changed out the client
and erased the preferences for all the 4D stuff to no avail.  I have checked
the international set and it is set to U.S.

Has anyone else ever seen anything like this?  Is there a local 4D thing
that needs changed?  I am totally stumped and could use some help with this
one.
