WCMS recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for a WCMS system to support multiple
websites.  Solutions can be open-source or commercial.  If open-source
paid support would be nice.  There's one feature I'm really looking for
that is proving somewhat difficult to find: my employer maintains
several websites, and some products are listed on more than one.  The
content is the same, but the page design varies by site.  I would love a
system that I can just put a product in a database once and just flag it
as appearing on sites X, Y, and Z.  Active directory integration for
authenticating and authorizing users doing maintenance would be good
too.

I've checked CMSMatrix searching on "Multi-Site Deployment" and "Content
Reuse" since those are the closest to what I'm asking for, but it's not
exactly it.

Please reply off-list to ckattner@... and I'll summarize for
the list if there is interest.

Vendor contacts are ok.

Thanks in advance,
Craig

You may have seen Silva in the comparision results:
http://cmsmatrix.org/matrix/cms-matrix?func=viewDetail;listingId=RtxEXku-bmDHxB7TmrLXgQ

It provides/supports:
+ multiple websites
+ page design varies by site
+ content can be reused and it acquires its layout from the site
+ LDAP integration

What it doesn't do is allow you to "put a product in a database once
and just flag it as appearing on sites X, Y, and Z". Rather, you need
to explicitly reference the 'original' in the other sites.
