VOBs finished, how to add menu?

Hi,

I already got my VOBs done.
Now I want to add a menu from an XML-file created with Q-DVDauthor - but I
want to keep the VOB-files.
How can I do that? How can I process an XML-file without actually working on
the VOBs?
