Hi John,

Having been quiet for a while I am starting to get back into things.  I updated my download tree with the laterst version and built it this morning.  I am a bit confused about the version.  When I looked at version.txt it said 5.0.0 which isn’t the latest and definitely isn’t the tree that I told tortoise to down load.  Ideas?  Or am I being stupid J

Cheers

Robin

Don't miss this year's exciting event. There's still time to save $100.
Use priority code J8TL2D2.

Hi Robin,

I always forget to commit changes to version.txt; I'll do that today.
To see if the version you've downloaded is the latest, check the version
string in XCSoar.cpp, it should read 5.1.7 Beta4.
