Using POST KEY with Multiple Modifiers

OK, I finally have a need to use the Post Key command to force the restart
of a system that has hung itself.  I want to write a routine that is called
from within the client to force an external apple script to activate.

So, how do I tell the system to do a "Control+Option+Command R"?

Post Key is such a well documented item that I fear I need lots of help.
