Updating lirc_mceusb2.c for new Phillips USB receiver

Good afternoon all,
I have modified the source code of lirc_mceusb2.c to allow for another new version of the MCE IR transceiver, this one coming in the new Omaura HTPC case.  I added the following two lines (in the appropriate part of the file and recompiled, and it works like a champ now.

/* Philips Infrared Transceiver - Omaura */
{ USB_DEVICE(VENDOR_PHILIPS, 0x060f) },

  Since this is my first ever contribution (albeit a really small one) I am not quite sure what the proper procedure is.  Can someone make sure this gets added to the source for the next release?  Thanks so much for everyone's work!!!
